Murri es una palabra en valenciana, aunque muy poco usada en el sur de la comunidad valenciana. Su origen, como muchas otras, está en el catalán. En ese idioma se emplea con más frecuencia. Significa travieso, pillo, pero siempre en referencia a personas pequeñas o, más concretamente, a niños.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;Yo, personalmente, sólo la he oído usar una vez. Ocurrió hace años, cuando Saviola, un delantero de corta estatura y cara de niño, todavía jugaba en el Barça. Viendo un partido retransmitido por la TV3, el comentarista exclamó tras un quiebro de Saviola, “ha segut molt murri”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" &gt;La imagen es de Doisneau, uno de mis fotógrafos favoritos. Después de unas semanas bastante ajetreadas con las comidas y cenas de Navidad (aprovechamos para agradecer a nuestros clientes la confianza que nos han dado para tales acontecimientos), estamos al 100% con las preparaciones de la última cena del año, la Cena de Nochevieja, donde daremos la bienvenida al 2010. Estamos en la recta final, a contrareloj.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Hoy estuvimos centrados en el postre que vamos a ofrecer en la cena. Va a consisitir en la combinación de tres elementos: chocolate, fresas y cava. conocido con el nombre común de &lt;strong&gt;Alcornoque&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;La primera manufactura corchera española se instaló en Agullana, antiquísimo poblado de la provincia de Girona, en 1975.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;En la actualidad, España es el segundo productor y transformador de corcho en el mundo después de Portugal.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Se necesitan al menos treinta años para poder obtener corcho de un alcornoque, operación que se puede repetir cada ocho años, una vez se haya regenerado la corteza.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;La colocación de los vinos en posición horizontal, no responde a cuestiones de espacio, sino de conservación. El corcho debe estar siempre en contacto con el vino para que no se seque, puesto que un corcho seco pierde flexibilidad y acaba rompiendo el aislamiento del vino.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Una de las grandes pesadillas de cualquier bodeguero es el &lt;strong&gt;TCA (2,4,6 tricloroanisol)&lt;/strong&gt;, molécula que el olfato humano es capaz de detectar en concentraciones muy pequeñas. El umbral de detección se ha estimado en 5 nanogramos/litro. en el &lt;strong&gt;Restaurante Murri&lt;/strong&gt; de San Vicente. Durante la celebración de la misma se le hizo entrega a Don Rafael Bernabé, propietario de la bodega Bernabé Navarro, del galardón &lt;strong&gt;Esplendor Mediterráneo 2009&lt;/strong&gt; entregado por el Grupo de Cata de la CAM, por su excelente vino &lt;strong&gt;Beryna 2007&lt;/strong&gt;, destacado en la guía Peñín 2010 con 92 puntos. Por supuesto, uno de los vinos catados durante la cena fue éste, pero también le acompañaron otros maravillosos caldos, a saber: el cava &lt;strong&gt;Tantum Ergo Chardonnay-Pinot&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;noir 2007&lt;/strong&gt;; el blanco &lt;strong&gt;Odysseus &lt;/strong&gt;de Priorat, con uva Garnatxa blanca; un tinto balear de nombre &lt;strong&gt;12 Voltios&lt;/strong&gt;, nacido del ensamblaje de un 20% de Callet, Manto negro y Fogoneu, un 20 % de Cabernet, un 30% de Merlot y un 30% de Syrah; el tinto premiado, &lt;strong&gt;Beryna 2007&lt;/strong&gt;, elaborado a partir de un 60% de Monastrell y un 40% de otras (Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah y Merlot); y, para finalizar, un vino dulce de la misma bodega que Beryna 07: &lt;strong&gt;Dulce Christina&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El equipo de Murri, en colaboración con los responsables del Grupo de Cata, elaboraron de manera conjunta un menú adaptado a las características de los vinos mencionados. Los platos elaborados para la ocasión fueron los siguientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Tartar de atún rojo, emulsión de albaricoques y huevas de trucha.&lt;br /&gt;- Crema de foie y contrastes texturizados.&lt;br /&gt;- Lomo de lechola, morcilla de arroz bomba, níscalos y crema de turrón.&lt;br /&gt;- Solomillo de buey, crema de almendras tostadas, turrón de dátiles y tocino tostado.&lt;br /&gt;- Cremoso de chocolate, bizcocho de choco-plátano y toffee de naranja.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Desde MURRI damos las gracias al Grupo de Cata de la Cam por brindarnos de nuevo un voto de confianza para colaborar en tal acontecimiento. Este restaurante está dirigido por los hermanos Joan (en la imagen), Josep y Jordi Roca, y comer en él puede rondar los 150 euros por persona, de acuerdo con diferentes web especializadas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La flamante edición 2010 de la Guía Michelin España &amp;amp; Portugal incluye como es habitual su selección de establecimientos con la cocina de mejor calidad de ambos países, que son clasificados con las conocidas 'estrellas de buena mesa': tres para las cocinas excepcionales, dos para las excelentes y una para las que se consideran muy buenas en su categoría. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En la nueva edición, mantienen la máxima categoría los restaurantes 'Arzak' (Juan Mari Arzak) y 'Akelarre' (Pedro Subijana), ambos en San Sebastián; 'Martín Bearasategi' del cocinero homónimo, en Lasarte-Oria, también en Guipúzcoa; 'El Bulli' (Ferrán Adriá) en Roses, Gerona; Can Fabes (Santi Santamaría), en Sant Celoni, Barcelona; Sant Pau (Carme Ruscalleda), en Sant Pol de Mar; Barcelona; y desde ahora El Celler de Can Roca, en Gerona. Viven tanto libre como en la costa pegadas mediante el biso a las piedras, rocas, restos de conchas y algas grandes. Habita en profundidades de hasta 100 metros.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Como otros bivalvos se alimenta de plancton ya que es una especie filtradora que retiene en sus branquias las partículas que se encuentran en suspensión en el agua. Estas pasan a la boca con la ayuda de los palpos labiales. Las partículas que nos son aptas las expulsa. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dimensiones:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 - 6 cm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Características:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;La concha es sólida y el contorno es ovalado, excepto en la zona de las orejas. Sus valvas son convexas e iguales aunque la superior es algo más abombada.&lt;br /&gt;La superficie externa se encuentra esculpida por 25-35 costillas prominentes, provistas de espinas o laminillas erizadas que están más desarrolladas cerca de los márgenes.&lt;br /&gt;Las líneas de crecimiento son generalmente claras.&lt;br /&gt;Las orejas también presentan costillas y fuertes dobleces entre la ranura bisal y la cima de la concha. Las orejas anteriores son dos o tres veces más largas que las posteriores.&lt;br /&gt;El color es muy variable: blanco, rubio, rosado anaranjado, amarillo, verde oscuro, marrón o púrpura, a veces con dibujos y sombras irregulares.&lt;br /&gt;Sus valvas están unidas dorsalmente en la charnela, que consiste en un ligamento elástico formado por conquiolina y secretado por el manto, éste no está muy calcificado por lo que permanece flexible y elástico.&lt;br /&gt;Es unisexual, expulsa los óvulos y el esperma al agua, donde tiene lugar la fecundación. Las larvas forman parte del plancton hasta que crecen y se fijan al sustrato o se deposita en el fondo, comenzando su vida adulta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;Tipos y especies similares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#c0c0c0;"&gt;Volandeira _Aequipecten opercularis.&lt;/span&gt; También llamada zamburiña francesa. Su forma se parece a la de la vieira pero es más pequeña y tiene las dos valvas o conchas convexas. De la zamburiña se diferencia por ser menos alargada, anaranjada en lugar de violácea como la zamburiña y sus orejas son prácticamente iguales.
